Meet Victoria Smith, MD
Life Coach for Neurodiversity
Hello! I’m Victoria, a Certified Life Coach and Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician whose journey into becoming a life coach for neurodiversity grew from my own experience. As an adult with ADHD and parenting three children with autism and ADHD (AuDHD), I’ve experienced the different strengths and needs with each, as well as the transformative power of specialized ADHD coaching.
While building a long and meaningful career as a physician and raising three children with AuDHD, I recognized that my own ADHD had contributed to longstanding struggles with overwhelm, exhaustion, procrastination, and the constant feeling of falling behind despite working incredibly hard.
Through my own ADHD diagnosis and several years of 1-1 coaching, I experienced a profound shift in the way I understood myself, my
brain, and my potential. Coaching helped me move from chronic overwhelm and distress into greater clarity, action, and momentum.
For the first time, I learned how to support myself with tools and systems that truly align with the way my brain works, helping me move toward my goals with greater confidence and clarity.
Through coaching, I learned how to create realistic systems, take consistent action, and build confidence through small wins. That personal transformation now shapes the heart of my coaching philosophy.
My medical background, lived experience with neurodiversity, deep empathy, and passion for helping others come together in my coaching practice – dedicated to supporting ADHD and AuDHD individuals and their families.
My coaching style is rooted in deep listening, compassion, encouragement, and practical support. I believe neurodivergent individuals thrive when they are supported with understanding and individualized strategies that evolve as they evolve.
One of my greatest strengths as a coach is helping clients who feel “stuck” begin taking meaningful action again by transforming
overwhelming goals into achievable steps that build confidence, momentum, and hope.
